      Neighborhoody is free to start for Communities. Neighborhoody does not profit from advertising. Upgraded features are available for communities that choose to purchase them.  Each HOA and Condo has its own website that is available to claim.  Community members or Real Estate professionals can suggest edits for the community to add to their website to create a collective knowledge base that stays with the community over time. All community leaders must verify that they have property authority as a board member or community manager in order to claim.

      Neighborhoody is also an important tool for community leaders to stay informed. City officials will use contact information from Neighborhoody to provide official information that directly impacts the community, such as available grants and other relief funds, updates like road closures and most importantly for official city business such as first responder situations.
